Our BRIX charcuterie display rack with protective panels offers the perfect delicatessen experience that will definitely set you apart from other competition.

Whether you host charcuterie events or you simply wish to offer an authentic deli experience, our rack is extremely adaptable, making it suitable for various retailers.

Open at the rear, the rack can be restocked with ease, and makes serving extremely easy.

Part of our BRIX Modular Display System, we recommend it for covered outdoor markets, pop ups and as a stand alone indoor counter top display.

Included is a removable galvanised metal drip tray to catch excess liquids. Robust and convenient, the tray can be used to catch drips and spills, stopping them from contaminating other items.

Emptying and cleaning the tray is simple too, just remove the metal tray from the display and wipe the surfaces of the tray clean.

The hanging bar is supplied with six iron artisan s-hooks. Should you require additional hanging bars or meat hooks, these can be purchased separately.

This model comes with food safe perspex panelling, which addresses any public health opinions. We also sell a model identical to this with open sides (BRC1).

Care Instructions:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth
Use a soft cloth and non abrasive cleaner on the acrylic screen
Occasionally apply Briwax to the metal parts to keep it in tip top condition
