How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment from all major credit & debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

We do not accept Cheques or postal orders.

What are the key Christmas deadlines for ordering?

Standard order deadlines

Do you offer credit facilities?

Yes. For regular customers, we offer credit facilities when you spend in excess of £500 ex VAT per annum.

It’s easy to apply, simply download our WBC Credit Application form and email it us, or call us to speak to one of our team.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, feel free to order as much as you like. There is no minimum spend when placing an order online and for mainland UK we offer FREE delivery on orders over £150 Ex Vat.

 

What is the Bulk Benefit?

The Bulk Benefit is our new pricing structure that helps you save money! Essentially, the bigger the quantity, the bigger the discount applied at checkout.On the product pages you can find the pricing structure which shows you how much you save per pack. The idea is to help you shop more affordably so whether you are buying a little or a lot you can benefit from savings - all the way up to 20% off when you buy in bulk.,

Do you send out samples?

Yes, we want to make it easy for you to find the right product and understand that sometimes you need to see a physical sample. Due to the number of requests we get for samples and the costs they incur, we change the single unit price and a £4.95* delivery charge. To help offset this cost, we'll send your sample order along with a £10 voucher so you can apply this to your next order with us.

* Delivery charge based on Mainland UK. Our sales team will advise the shipping cost for samples orders delivered to an address outside of Mainland UK.

Why didn't I get my Reset Password email?

Have you tried to reset your password using the forgot your password form but haven't received an email? There are a few things that might have caused this.

You may have entered the wrong email address.

When you enter your email address and click submit a confirmation page will show regardless of whether you entered the correct email address or not. To protect your accounts security we cannot confirm if you have entered an email address registered with our system.

If you haven't received an email after a few minutes, you might want to try with a different email address.

The email might be in your junk or spam folder or is being blocked by your spam filtering system.

Your spam filtering system on your email client might have identified the Reset Password email as spam. Check your spam / junk mail folder.  

It's also possible that your company's servers might have blocked the email due to security firewalls. In this case you should ask you IT administrator to allow emails from sales@wbc.co.uk and try resetting your password.

Free delivery on all orders over £150 ex VAT
For all orders under £150 ex VAT please add £9.95 ex VAT
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery.
 
Non UK - Northern Ireland & Highlands.
 
Northern Ireland, along with the following postcodes are NOT considered UK Mainland by our couriers:
 
IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, TR21-25, ZE and Isle of Wight
 
Free delivery on all orders over £300 ex VAT
For all orders under £300 ex VAT please add £25 ex VAT

Delivery of Large or Bulky Items
 

Standard shipping rates apply to mainland UK only and exclude the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire, the Channel Islands and all offshore territories. Products marked with a "Bulky Delivery" icon incur a delivery surcharge when shipping outside of the mainland UK. Surcharges are applied as follows:

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
£65 ex VAT per bulky item will be added to the delivery charge

Guernsey, Jersey, Highlands and Islands including the following postcodes IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, TR21-25, ZE and Isle of Wight
£100 ex VAT per bulky item will be added to the delivery charge.

 

How long does delivery take?

All our parcel deliveries are made by our courier DPD.
 
Deliveries are made between 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and it's essential that your order is consigned to a 'manned' address where the courier can obtain a signature on delivery.
 
We understand this may be inflexible for some, but as a business supplier, we pay for a business service and certain stipulations are in place to ensure you get the very best service possible.
 
The courier cannot deliver to a neighbour or an alternative delivery address. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address and has to return at a later date or the parcel has to be returned to us, a charge of up to £15.00 per parcel will be made. This surcharge also applies to deliveries where the goods are refused or the driver is turned away at the delivery point.

Returns &
Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.

Please note we do not accept returns of Clearance items unless faulty or damaged. They have been reduced to make way for new lines.

We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.

What happens if I've received the wrong or damaged item.

We will arrange collection of the items and organise replacements or a credit note. Any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged will also be refunded. Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and let us know of any damages, shortfalls or errors within 48 hours

 

 

How long does a refund take to be applied?

It takes approximately 3-5 working days to process the payment, but it does depend on your bank.
