Description

Modelled on the classic bread cutting boards used in the Imperial Hotel Delhi this versatile product can be used in a number of ways.

Obviously as a bread cutting board in buffet displays where it will catch crumbs and keep things tidy.

Alternatively, it can be used as a display tray, showcasing a variety of baked goods.

The slatted tray is removable so crumbs can be emptied out once used but it also allows for the slated raised insert and the tray to be used separately to display food items next to each other.

The hard wearing Siris wood is designed to withstand bread knives but they will obviously take their toll over time adding to the charm of the product.

Siris wood is sourced from India and also known as the 'East Indian walnut'. It is known for its dense, hardwearing properties.

The board is lightweight and finished with a natural olive oil finish and is considered food safe.
