Double walled cardboard 2 bottle wooden postal box for the protection of all of our 2 bottle wooden boxes, including our simple sliding lid pine wine box and our luxury dark stained elm wood bottle box with silk linings. Whilst some customers do use these for gift distribution of wine and Champagne bottles through the courier network we recommend, as a bare minimum, that all bottles are held firmly in place with wood wool or a bubble bag around them.
Safe delivery is essential, but with online shopping and mail order increasingly popular, setting yourself apart from the competition by offering a gifting option adds value to your offering, especially during Christmas. All of our cardboard shipping boxes are made in Britain and have a very high recycled content and are recyclable for your peace of mind. Our cardboard protective outers are delivered flat packed and have Fragile printed on 2 panels.

RETURNS
If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
