We have combined the ever so clever honeycomb sleeve with two inner pads and an outer carton. A protective pairing ensuring your dynamic duo are ready for the courier network.
The sleeve's flexible hexagonal design slides effortlessly over your wine or Champagne bottle, moulding itself to the curvature. When expanded it will suit products with a diameter of up to 100mm and has the added benefit of protecting the base of your bottles where it meets and closes on the base.
The shipping box, arrives flat packed and the sleeves arrive as a thin 25mm tube; great for storage.
The box has a crashlock base for speed and the rest is easy to assemble; simply slip the sleeve over the bottle and pop the bottle into box, ensuring it's bookended by the concertina folded pads.
The peal and strip makes bulk packing a breeze and we hope your customer's enjoy the small thumb hole underneath the lid for ease of opening.
The smooth kraft carton offers a cleaner, more refined approach to the e-commerce market.
Containing 80% recycled material and is 100% recyclable so it not only looks good but, it's kind to the environment as well.
