Press the two arms down so they latch onto the bottle top when wanting to seal, lifting only on arm up to remove, easy.

Not just for use, but ideal for displaying on countertops for impulse sales. Best suited for sparkling wine or Champagne bottles however, we have also successfully tested on standard bottles of wine also.
