What makes the WBC bunch exceptional is not our hard-earned expertise or creative ingenuity (although those qualities do count). Instead, it’s our inherent willingness to connect, be genuine, lend a hand, offer advice, laugh... and form authentic partnerships that will end up being an extension of your brand.

Simon Wright
As our head honcho and chief navigator, Simon keeps us sailing along safely and makes sure we have what it takes to weather the storms. He’s also great at traversing slippery ski slopes... which, let’s be honest, fits his can-do attitude to a tee!
Mark Judson
A glass half full character, Mark has worked in the diverse world of packaging for nearly 15 years. Having joined WBC through the acquisition of Sarcina Packaging in the summer of 2025, Mark brings honesty, empathy and a dollop of humour to the role of Commercial Director.
Julian Recordon
Opportunistic by nature, Julian is brilliant at forging business partnerships and keeping our relationships strong. Congeniality is the secret to his success. It’s also why his three (almost adult) children know who to go to if they want to hang out with someone fun!

Ryad Shikho
Ryad loves watching bespoke requests from clients turn into tangible realities that raise the bar. And adding fuel to those innovations is definitely part of his wheelhouse. Along with actual wheels – because he spends his spare time working on cars.
Linsha Kavil Biju
Always up for a challenge, this energetic new mum enjoys the thrill of building strong customer relations. So we know she’ll be good at doing the same with her little one. Linsha’s also a creative cook at heart and a self-proclaimed wanderer at soul.
James Pettit
With years in music retail, James is a skilled multitasker. He lives for music, loves a gig, and laughs at his own jokes - whether others do is another matter! A mid-life crisis ultra-runner and capable cook, his greatest talent is finding new ways to embarrass his daughter!
Ollie Chater
With over 10 years in sales, spanning roles from Account Management to Sales Director across the eCommerce and DIY sectors, Ollie is passionate about customer service and bringing bespoke projects to life. A busy dad of two, he enjoys golf, cycling, running, football, padel, cooking, food and travel.
Graham Jamson
Graham believes in understanding customers’ businesses to meet their needs effectively. With 15 years in Account Management and Business Development, he excels at building strong relationships. Outside work, he enjoys chasing balls of all shapes - golf, rugby, football and padel.
Hollie Phillips-Payne
When it involves knowing what people want, Hollie’s intuition is second to none. Which is why she revels in making a good plan (or package) come together. She also indulges in boxing and hot yoga. Not at the same time, though – that would be crazy!
Steve Mansfield
Steve thrives on new challenges and delivering results. After roles in Customs & Excise, the Royal Navy, and Plant Hire, he found his passion for sales in 1990. He spent 22 years at Michelin, joined Universal Tyres in 2016, and WBC in 2025. A film buff, music lover, and keen traveler, he’s always up for a great book.

Everyone appreciates a good listener, which is why Emese is adored by all. People and organising things make her world go round, so thankfully she deals with both every single day. She’s also seriously into coding. We wonder if she uses it to get us to perform better...
Vishnu Unnikrishnan
Vishnu loves working with all things arty and thrives on the diversity and vibrancy of our dynamic fabric bag range. With a passion for colour, he once rocked an original outfit at a fashion show, leading his team (at the time) to victory!
