Made from sustainable willow which is boiled for 6-8 hours to strengthen and dried naturally in the sun, avoiding coal-fuelled drying rooms. All sealants and stains are entirely water-based and the wood wool is completely natural; no nasty varnishes or chemicals here! 

We love working with the artisan partners who make our wicker and respect the handicraft nature of the products they lovingly weave for us. Because all our wicker products are made using a natural product and hand-made processes, please be aware that the size and shade can vary slightly from batch to batch with an agreed tolerance of +/- 1cm. We think this only adds to the product's natural charm, no two are the same, each one a unique piece of art.
