We have taken our existing bottle gift bag, waived our eco wand over it and abracadabra, we now have a recyclable and biodegradable gifting solution. Not many people are aware that most gift or carrier bags are made of laminated paper, meaning, they contain a plastic coating and cannot be recycled. Without compromising the strength, we have removed the lamination, using 180gsm paper alone for the body and biodegradable cotton for the handles to construct. We have skipped on the plastic but not on the luxuries, such as the turned over top and base plate for additional strength and the matching gift tag remains for easy messaging
