About orders
How do I place my orders with WBC?
We have three easy order options to choose from:
1. Online: You can do this by visiting our website and logging into or registering your account. Please note that any enquiries sent through this platform will be answered during office hours.
2. By phone: Our sales team is available between 09:30 and 17:30 Monday to Thursday and from 09:00 to 17:00 on Fridays. Simply call us on +44(0)20 7737 4040 and we’ll make it happen.
3. By email: Simply send your requirements to sales@wbc.co.uk and we’ll process them during our office hours.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit and American Express. Or you can use PayPal. Cheques and postal orders are unfortunately not accepted.
Do you offer credit facilities?
We offer credit facilities to regular customers who spend over £500 ex VAT per annum. To apply, download our WBC credit application form, fill it out and email it back to us on sales@wbc.co.uk. For any queries, please call us on +44(0)20 7737 4040.
Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order on our extensive off-the-shelf product range. However, if you’re looking for personalised items, relevant terms and conditions apply.
What is your matrix/bulk ordering system?
Our matrix system means that the more you order, the more you save – see our pricing structure on each product page for details.
All discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.
Do you send out samples?
We do – for everything bar those listed below. Which is why shopping with us is so easy! However please note that, because of high request volumes, we charge the single unit price and a £4,95* delivery fee per sample product which will be offset with a £10 voucher (which you’ll receive with your sample) that you can use for your next order.
We do not send samples of the following products:
Glassware, accessories, glass storage crates, retail display units.

What are your delivery fees?
Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery costs. Please note that these are subject to change and will be updated without prior notice as needed.
UK mainland delivery
Free delivery for all orders over £150 ex VAT.
£9,95 ex VAT for all orders under £150 ex VAT.
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and any of the following postcodes: IM, IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20 – 88, PH19 – 44, TR21 – 25, Z, the Isle of Wight
Free delivery for all orders over £300 ex VAT.
£25 ex VAT for all orders under £300 ex VAT.
Republic of Ireland
£35 ex VAT for all orders under £300 ex VAT.
£100 ex VAT for all orders over £300 ex VAT*.
*This covers customs export/import administration charges. Delivery costs are still subsidised by WBC.
Large or bulky items
Please note that any item marked with a ‘bulky delivery’ icon will incur a delivery surcharge when shipping outside of the UK mainland. These are applied as follows:
Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
£65 ex VAT.
Gurnsey, Jersey, the Scottish Highlands and any of the following postcodes: IM, IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20 – 88, PH19 – 44, TR21 – 25, Z, the Isle of Wight
£100 ex VAT.
How long does delivery take?
Our parcels are delivered by DPD couriers and are made between 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Please make sure your order is consigned to a manned address as a signature will be required. No orders will be left with neighbours or an alternative address, so should the parcel be turned away, refused, be redelivered or returned to us, an additional fee of up to £15 will be charged to you per package.

UK mainland

The Republic of Ireland

Where do you deliver?
WBC delivers to customers across the UK and Ireland including Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, but this needs to be arranged in advance. Please contact our sales team on +44(0)20 7737 4040 and we will provide you with all the details.
About returns and exchanges
What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return any products, it must be done within seven days of the delivery date and at your own expense. Please contact our customer services team on +44(0)20 7737 4040 before proceeding so that they can raise a returns document.
We do not accept returns on clearance items unless they are faulty or damaged.
We will refund any delivery charges on products that are faulty or damaged.
What happens if I've receive wrong or damaged item?
We will arrange collection of the item(s) and organise replacements or a credit note. Any delivery charges will also be refunded. Faulty products, shortfalls and wrong orders must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for this to apply, so please check your products carefully on delivery.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds take approximately 3 – 5 working days to process, depending on your bank.
About troubleshooting online issues
Login passwords and resets
We’ve updated our system so that you don’t have to remember a password in order to log into your account. Simply enter your email, click on the ‘continue’ button and we’ll send a code to your registered email address, making your transactions with us more secure and hassle-free.
If you don’t receive your login code, it may have been sent to your spam or junk mail folder or been blocked by your security firewalls; in which case you can ask your IT administrator to allow emails from sales@wbc.co.uk and then reset your password again.

How do I shop sustainability with WBC?

Eco-plus means that the product is made from at least 50% recycled material and is 100% recyclable, biodegradable or compostable.
