Bottle boxes with dividers

Our divider boxes come in 4, 6 and 12-bottle sizes for standard 70cl and 75cl wine bottles, plus 6 and 12-bottle formats for beer cans and 37.5cl and 50cl bottles. Internal dividers create individual compartments that prevent bottles from clinking together during transit, helping to reduce the risk of breakage on longer journeys. Full-height dividers extend from the bottom to the top of the box, providing maximum side-impact protection and making them ideal for courier shipments and mail-order deliveries. Half-height dividers protect the lower portion of the bottle and are primarily designed for in-store repacking and local deliveries. Full-height dividers offer a higher level of protection for courier networks, while the more cost-effective half-height dividers are better suited to retail environments and local transport.

Yes, most of our divider boxes are suitable for courier delivery, thanks to their double-wall corrugated cardboard construction and integrated dividers. The only exception is the Repacking range. With half-height dividers, these boxes are designed for in-store use and local deliveries rather than courier networks. For parcels that pass through multiple depots, we recommend Pulpsafe, Mailsafe or Honey Hex, which provide the highest levels of protection throughout the delivery journey.

Yes, most of our divider boxes support screen-printed branding on the outer carton. Standard artwork typically takes 7 to 10 working days, with a minimum order quantity of 50 units. Whether you require a simple logo or full artwork, simply send us your design and our team will handle the setup.
