What's the difference between budget and Pulpsafe beer shipping boxes?
Our budget beer shipping boxes are made from strong double-wall corrugated cardboard and feature built-in dividers, making them a cost-effective option for shipping bottles and cans. Pulpsafe boxes use moulded pulp inserts to provide a higher level of protection in transit and are approved by DPD for courier shipping.
Which beer bottle and can formats do these boxes fit?
Our range is suitable for 330ml and 500ml beer bottles, 330ml, 440ml, and 500ml cans, as well as 5L beer kegs. Pack formats are available for single units, as well as 6, 12, and 24 packs. Designed around standard industry sizes, our beer shipping solutions are compatible with most bottle and can formats. Can I ship bottles and cans in the same box?
Yes, our budget shipping boxes can be used to ship a mix of bottles and cans thanks to their built-in dividers, which keep each item separated during transit. Pulpsafe boxes cannot be used to mix bottles and cans. However, selected formats allow different can sizes to be packed together, such as 12 x 330ml and 12 x 500ml cans, or 12 x 330ml and 12 x 440ml cans. Some Pulpsafe formats can also accommodate either 12 x 330ml cans or 6 x 500ml bottles, providing added flexibility across different product ranges.
Are WBC's beer boxes recyclable?
Yes, our beer boxes are made from cardboard, making them recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. Pulpsafe is our most environmentally friendly option, using moulded inserts made from recycled paper pulp that can also be recycled after use.
