How the sizing works
In today's culinary landscape, nearly all professional kitchen equipment is built with the Gastronorm system, helping to standardise the way kitchens and caters operate. The genius behind Gastronorm lies in its fractional sizing, making different-sized GN containers interchangeable. For instance, a GN 1/1 tray can easily be swapped with two GN 1/2 containers.
