Memorandum: FSC® Chain of Custody error notification
Notice of Incorrect Product Claim and FSC® Certification Reference
We wish to inform all our customers who purchased three shredded paper variants from WBC between the 21st of October 2025 and the 8th of January 2026 that we have identified two FSC Chain of Custody paperwork discrepancies on both the delivery notes and sales invoices.
The aforementioned items are as follows:
- R10VF/KR
- R10VF/WH
- RVF/BK
Please take note of the amendments in the table below. These are now in line with the FSC Chain of Custody requirements.

This error was found in our ERP system following an internal audit, meaning that any paperwork for the above items generated before this update will have potentially reflected the incorrect FSC Certification reference and/or product claim.
Please note that this error does not reflect, nor should it be construed as affecting, any
difference in the grade, quality or environmental sustainability credentials that this FSC®
Chain of Custody Certificate Code is intended to verify.
We apologise for the discrepancy and wish to assure you that all efforts have been
made to prevent any recurrence of this issue, allowing you to continue purchasing these
products with the same level of confidence as before.
