Are your hampers suitable for postal delivery?

Yes, they can be made "courier-ready" with our range of transit accessories. Since our hamper trays are open-top, we recommend sealing them with cellophane shrink-wrap bags for a professional look. Remember to fill any void space with shredded paper or wood wool to keep contents secure.

For postal delivery, trays must be placed inside our protective outers specifically designed for them. Made from strong double-walled cardboard with "Fragile" printed on two side panels, they are easy to assemble. We suggest using void fillers like bubble wrap or foam chips to ensure the inner tray remains stable and secure during transit.

Can you add perishable food items to your hampers?

Yes, in addition to bottled drinks, artisan preserves, chocolates, and dry goods, perishable food items can be added to our hamper boxes. However, if you are shipping temperature-sensitive food items, be sure to include Sorba-Freeze pads to keep food chilled during transit. We also stock dedicated meat and poultry boxes that can securely hold up to 15kg of prime cuts.
