As you may know, WBC was acquired by Premier Paper Group Limited (company number 03672117) (PPG) in November 2022. Following the successful integration of the WBC business into the PPG organisation over the past 3 years, with effect from 1st May 2026 your trading relationship will be with “WBC, a trading name of Premier Paper Group Limited”.
There is no change to the products and service you receive or to your usual points of contact. Suppliers and customers will receive separate communications setting out the relevant details (including any ordering, invoicing and payment information).
