While printing plates for flexographic printing are a one-off cost, they represent a long-term investment. Once created, these printing plates can be used in perpetuity for all repeat orders (unless you choose to change your design).
The critical window: Timing your seasonal success
Our turkey boxes are specifically designed to hold and transport turkeys, geese and premium meats. To ensure consistent quality and guaranteed capacity during peak demand, bespoke production follows a fixed annual schedule. The Christmas order deadline is 1st October. This cut-off is an operational necessity. It allows for the precision manufacturing of double-walled corrugated cardboard and the careful scheduling of our production lines, including the creation of printing plates.

For immediate availability, our plain turkey boxes offer the same high-strength benefits without the custom print. Available in either unbleached brown kraft or bleached white kraft, they come in four sizes:
- Small: up to 7kg (320mm x 215mm x 200mm)
- Medium: up to 12 kg (385mm x 240mm x 200mm)
- Large: up to 20kg (410mm x 300mm x 270mm)
