Description

This reinforced 12 bottle pulpsafe transit pack offers the highest levels of protection for shipping your bottles.

We've taken our standard 12 bottle pulpsafe shipping box (ref PU12) to the next level; introducing the reinforced option, PU12X.

A small inbuilt internal divider has been cleverly added, separating the pulp dividers and therefore limiting movement whilst nestling each bundle of 6 even more securely. 

With 4 nifty folds, you have a strong outer made from 200K 200T card in a double walled BC flute. Combined with a pair of 6 bottle pulp inners you have a shipping solution to cradle your finest wines to their final destination. 

The pulp inners come in 3 pieces, base, middle, top which stack ontop of each other to save on space. They flexible in nature allowing for some variations in bottle shapes and sizes, that a more rigid material wouldn't accommodate.

Made in the UK, this pulpsafe product is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable bottle packaging.

This eco friendly wine packaging can be placed in any household compost bin and will naturally break down in less than 6 months.

Pulp is made by combining water and recycled paper and then moulded using wet pressing technology.

The moulded pulp is then heated to give it strength and rigidity.

Suitable for despatch through the courier network.

Following rigorous testing by DPD with zero breakages, we're excited to say this product, when, taped along the base and top joins, is approved for use within the DPD network.

Pulpsafe bottle transit packs are drop tested to ISTA 3A standard and certified as able to effectively withstand transport hazards.
