Premier Paper Group’s Acquisition of WBC: A New Logo Signals Exciting Growth Ahead

In 2022, Premier Paper UK Investment Limited, a company owned by PPG, acquired WBC and its subsidiaries. WBC is now proudly part of Premier Paper Group Limited. As part of this, WBC have evolved their logo to mark the next step in the company’s development.The new logo now includes the PPG roundel as a way of visually representing WBC becoming part of Premier Paper Group Ltd.

This is a proud partnership between two companies that share and uphold the same core values. Values that have guided WBC’s evolution into a 55 person strong workforce with customers across the UK.

Tim Wilkinson, Managing Director at WBC says “the additional resources, logistics support and expertise provided by PPG will allow us to expand and improve our service and product choice to customers.
