We know how important the last few months of the year are for retailers and we want to remove some of the stress and help you maximise the opportunities to sell well, and sell big this season. It’s all about planning ahead and fresh ways to gift your products so that you increase value wherever possible.  


In our Christmas order guide we answer some of the questions we’re most asked, practical information like last order dates for personalisation, our opening times and how to make sure your order arrives without delay.

We will be picking and packing right up until Thursday 23rd December when we will take a short break and be back with you on the 4th January.

 

There’s a lot of essential information about our products online that’s designed to save you time and effort when deciding your gift offering.

You’ll find all the useful information on pricing, box sizes and pack quantities but also useful things like the recommended amount of shred and fill to use in your Christmas hamper or the exact shipping outer required to mail it.

You’ll also find additional information about what our products are made of and their sustainability credentials.

You’ll only pay for the single unit but we'll give you a £10 voucher to use on your next order.  

To keep our service at lightning speed, your order is taken on-screen and immediately transferred to the warehouse for picking and packing.

It’s then loaded onto trailers which leave as soon as they’re full, making it difficult to stop,
add, or change orders.

Don’t worry, if you’ve forgotten something off your order, call us, and we’ll help you out.

We pay for a top-notch B2B service that comes with certain stipulations to ensure you get the very best service possible.

Please make sure your order is sent to a manned delivery address during office hours 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Your order will be sent with DHL and you’ll get a link to keep track of its arrival but leave 1 - 3 working days for delivery during busy periods.

Personalizing our gift packaging with a company name or logo using our personalisation service , goes into overdrive at Christmas. To ensure speedy delivery of your printing job before Christmas, get your order to us by the following dates:

 

    • CORKSCREWS: 8th November
    • LASER ENGRAVING: 1st December
    • SCREEN PRINTING (gift boxes, tags, wooden boxes): 1st December
    • RIBBON: 24th November
    • PACKING TAPE: 24th November

If you miss those dates, give us a call and we’ll always try our best to accommodate you.

There's no minimum order so order as little, or as much you like.

Payment

We accept payment from all major credit & debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

We do not accept Cheques or postal orders.

If you know you’ll be using our services throughout the Festive season, why not apply for a credit account? These are available upon request with a minimum spend or £500 ex. VAT per annum. Call our team to set up yours today.

Next Day Delivery

95% of our parcels are delivered on a next day service, but the busiest time of year can thwart even our best intentions. For the swiftest possible delivery, ensure you place your order before 2 pm (earlier if possible) so we can aim to despatch the same day. Then leave yourself 3 working days for delivery (Mainland UK), and you’ll never be disappointed.

 

Please also remember to check your delivery once it arrives for any damages or shortfalls. This means that we can deal with your problem at the earliest time possible.

The following postcodes are not considered UK mainland by our couriers:

IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, TR21-25, ZE and Isle of Wight

 Free delivery on all orders over £300 ex VAT

For all orders under £300 ex VAT please add £25 ex VAT

Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery

 

Republic of Ireland

For orders under £300 ex VAT please add £35 ex VAT

For orders over £300 ex VAT please add £100 ex VAT*

Please allow 7 – 21 working days for delivery.

Courier Deliveries 

Deliveries are made by our courier between 8.30am - 6.00pm. Please ensure orders are consigned to a ‘manned’ address, where our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address and has to return at a later date, a supplementary charge may be made.

 

International Deliveries
