Can I order samples?
The last order date for samples is 5th December. Call us on 020 7737 4040 and we’ll be happy to organise them for you.
You’ll only pay for the single unit and we'll give you a £10 voucher to use on your next order.
Do I need to be in for delivery?
We pay for a top-notch B2B service that comes with certain stipulations to ensure you get the very best service possible.
Please make sure your order is sent to a manned delivery address during office hours 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Your order will be sent with DPD and you’ll get a link to keep track of its arrival but leave 1 - 3 working days for delivery during busy periods.

How do I find out product information?
There’s a lot of essential information about our products online that’s designed to save you time and effort when deciding your gift offering.
You’ll find all the useful information on pricing, box sizes and pack quantities but also useful things like the recommended amount of shred and fill to use in your Christmas hamper or the exact shipping outer required to mail it.
You’ll also find additional information about what our products are made of and their sustainability credentials.
Can I add to or change my order?
To keep our service at lightning speed, your order is taken on-screen and immediately transferred to the warehouse for picking and packing.
It’s then loaded onto trailers which leave as soon as they’re full, making it difficult to stop,
add, or change orders.
Don’t worry, if you’ve forgotten something off your order, call us, and we’ll help you out.
Can I collect?
Of course you can! But this needs to be arranged with our customer service team in advance.

Delivery & collections information
Next Day Delivery
95% of our parcels are delivered on a next day service, but the busiest time of year can thwart even our best intentions. For the swiftest possible delivery, ensure you place your order before 2 pm (earlier if possible) so we can aim to despatch the same day. Then leave yourself 3 working days for delivery (Mainland UK), and you’ll never be disappointed.
Please also remember to check your delivery once it arrives for any damages or shortfalls. This means that we can deal with your problem at the earliest time possible.

Deliveries are made by our courier between 8.30am - 6.00pm. Please ensure orders are consigned to a ‘manned’ address, where our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address and has to return at a later date, a supplementary charge may be made.
