Our open wicker hamper trays are individually woven by hand and made from top quality autumn willow. A unique vertical weave differentiates us from the crowd so your gifts always stand out.
We steam the wicker first to avoid splitting when weaving, and then boiled to darken its colour. Willow is a twice yearly crop which adds to its environmental credentials and they always have an on-going use around the home so are rarely thrown away.
No nasty chemicals or varnish stains are used in the manufacturing process.Send a beautiful wicker hamper as a gift through courier network using our strong card transit outer packaging that we supply separately. For that final professional finish, add a basket bag and a ribbon or bow from our wide selection. Coloured shred and fill, crinkle cut and wood are ideal to pack the tray out and cushion the contents.

RETURNS
If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
