Hand carved from 100% sustainable mango wood.
The finish on these spoons is smooth and the natural grain of the wood really shines through.
The spoons make a wonderfully stylish accompaniment to our mango wood serving bowls and platters and other sizes and shapes available.
As a sustainable product, mango wood ticks all the boxes.
It's native to India and grown in abundance.
t's strong, it's beautiful and its incredibly durable and water resistant which is why it's a winner when used in the manufacture of outdoor furniture.
But the really amazing thing about mango wood is that it's a byproduct of an already thriving industry - mango fruit.
Harvesting wood that was previously destroyed or burnt, it provides extra income to indigenous farmers and you with a beautiful material for display and presentation.
To keep your Braxley small wooden serving spoon in good condition, wipe clean with warm water and a soft cloth.
If washed in warm soapy water, rinse and dry immediately.
Dishwashing liquid can be used, but like all wood products, mango wood should not be placed in the dishwasher.
To nourish and protect the natural wood, rub an edible oil such as olive oil or walnut oil into the surface with a cloth.
