3 bottle wooden postal boxes are designed to protect a range of WBC's 3 bottle wooden boxes and their contents when being despatched as complete wine gift through the courier networks. We always recommend that extra protective packaging be used to ensure that the bottles cannot move around inside the wooden box. We have a range of sizzle pak, wood wool, bubble bags and net sleeves available for added protection.
So long as sensible precautions are observed when packing bottles in to wooden boxes and using protective corrugated cardboard outers, then gifts of bottles are much more likely to arrive safely. All cardboard shipping boxes are made in Britain and have a very high recycled content and are recyclable for your peace of mind. These boxes come flat packed and have Fragile printed on 2 panels to advise couriers which way the pack is supposed to be help up.

If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
