Description

Our 6 beer bottle or 12 x 330ml can pulpsafe shipping box is a versatile, courier-safe shipping solution and must-have for drinks retailers.

Used for shipping either bottles or cans safely through a courier network, each pack offers a high level of protection, ensuring you're completely kitted out to ship your drinks orders safely and securely.

Whether you intend to ship beer, cider or soft drinks, this great value pack has been designed to hold 6 x 330ml or 500ml bottles or 12 x 330ml cans.

It's the ultimate shipping box, featuring a strong double walled cardboard outer and two double wall corrugated recycled pulp inner fittings.

The internal pulp fitting is supplied as single sheet but is splittable down the centre, simply fold the fitting in half and then tear along the crease to create 2 x 6 pulp trays which can accommodate either 6 bottles or 12 cans, therefore making it perfect for a wide range of wholesale shipments.

When using this biodegradable beer packaging for bottles, place the first insert into your assembled box, add 6 bottles and then invert the second insert to form a top that holds your bottles securely in place.

For cans, place the first insert into your assembled box, add 6 x 330ml cans and then add another level of cans on top. No top fitting is required for cans, simply close the box to hold the cans in place.

Then simply cut the outer carton down to the marked crease line, fold over and tape up ready for labelling and despatch.

With this handy pack, your drinks can enjoy safe travels in transit no matter on the distance travelled. It can also be used to send smaller jars and preserves too.

Made from 100% recycled material (water and cardboard), our beer shipping boxes are recyclable, biodegradable and compostable, providing a sustainable packaging solution, perfect for eco conscious wholesalers.

Following rigorous testing by DPD with zero breakages, we're excited to say this product, when H-Taped, is approved for use within the DPD network.
