This 1 bottle 5* rated polysafe postal box has been designed for the safe transporting of wine and spirits. Once wines are above a certain value and breakages become costly, there is simply no alternative to its safety. Due to the light nature of polystyrene, the PP1 bottle shipping box is also ideal for airfreight distribution. Short of being run over by a lorry, these packs will arrive with the contents intact.
The Polysafe range of transit packaging comes with both the 1 bottle polystyrene inner and the cardboard outer box included in the price. Designed to fit up to a standard bottle of Champagne and most of the new taller wine bottles, the unique fin design in the lid section, allows the postal pack to work effectively with a wide variety of bottle sizes.
Our Polysafe range is made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) which is lightweight, water-resistant, hygienic and offers easy, quick and safe handling. Its outstanding shock absorbency and compression resistance means that it provides excellent protection, whilst the thermal insulating properties of EPS are perfect for wines. It does not use chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or other "greenhouse" gases which are believed to damage the oz1 layer, and can be cost-effectively recycled.

If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
