Whilst our 12 bottle cardboard wine boxes are great products, the 12 bottle mailsafe box is the 1 we recommend for case distribution through a courier system. With its 4 star rating, it offers nearly the same performance as polystyrene but at less than half the price. Designed to fit up to 12 standard bottle of Champagne as well as some of the taller new bottles (max 335mm high) it is also suitable for all bottles up to those sizes, apart from half bottles.
The bottles are first put into 2 6 bottle outers with starburst pads and dividers to hold the bottles securely in place. These are then dropped into a twelve bottle outer for that extra level of protection. When purchasing from the Mailsafe range, all these comp1nts are included (comp1nts can be purchased separately). Boxes are delivered flat packed for self assembly and ease of storage. All elements in these boxes are double walled card with a very high recycled content and 100% recyclable. If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
