Delivered flat packed, on a pallet of 252 units, the ingenious card form wraps around itself and locks into place. The base cut-out is then popped shut and the bottles inserted. The 4 internal elements are then dropped into the double wall card outer ready for despatch through the courier network
Supplied flat-packed and available from stock the 4 bottle Mailsafe box is made from very strong double wall corrugated cardboard with 'This Way Up' and 'Fragile' printed on 2 panels.
All of the elements of these cardboard wine boxes have a high recycled content and are 100% recyclable. Standard bottles of Champagne are the maximum size they will fit but they can also fit the gift cartons that Champagne is often supplied in, especially at Christmas, so the pack allows the bottle to be sent in smart gift packaging too. Prices shown are for the complete postal pack including 3 inserts and 1 card outer per unit.
This pack will also fit square topped or a round gift boxes up to 92 x 92 x 320mm or if the additional base protection tabs are not popped inwards then a gift pack up to 350mm high will fit. The level of protection is slightly lessened however as the bottle is in a box already we feel it is perfectly safe for most courier networks.

If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.
We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.
Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
