Description

This 12 bottle Polysafe shipping box contains 2 x 6 bottle polystyrene moulded bases and matching covers, supplied with a corrugated cardboard outer box to hold the contents.

Designed to hold and keep 12 bottles of champagne or wine safe in transit, as well as any bottles that are of a similar size.

Quite frankly, it's the ideal bottle transit packaging solution, it even keeps your bottles at the optimum temperature during transit thanks to being insulated.

The benefit of using our 12 bottle Polysafe postal pack instead of the Mailsafe postal packs, is that the polystyrene completely surrounds the bottles in individual compartments, ensuring the bottles don't knock together or break in transit.

Made from high density but very lightweight polystyrene, these wine bottle postal boxes are ideal for using when sending wines internationally by air freight.

They offer the lightest possible weight for shipping without compromising on security, and they don't use chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or other "greenhouse" gases.

Made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), not only is this wine packaging lightweight, it is also water-resistant, hygienic and offers easy, quick and safe handling.

Its outstanding shock absorbency and compression resistance means that it provides excellent protection for bottles in transit, whilst the thermal insulating properties of EPS are perfect for wines.

Two piece EPS inner makes assembly quick and easy.
