    Silk inserts for boxes are great for when our hinged wooden boxes are just not smart enough for the bottle you are using. For discerning clients with expensive tastes, why not opt for luxury and dress the box up with a graphite silver silk insert. They could not be easier to use, simply open the hidden card frame and slot the silk lining into the bottle slot in the wooden box.

    To avoid any confusion you will need to order a separate silk for each bottle e.g. three silks would be required for a three-bottle wooden box. Where smaller bottles or glasses are being used in conjunction with the silk we suggest you purchase a bead bag ref: BEAD which fits underneath the silk and acts as a cushion.

RETURNS

If for any reason you would like to return any products you have ordered but no longer require, simply send it back to us at your own expense and we will credit your account for their value. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in mint condition ready for resale. Please contact our customer services team so they can raise a return document.

We will refund any delivery charges (where charged) when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is unwanted.

Please check you delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged items and organise replacements or a credit note.
